ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON STUCTURE: Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations, Quality Cargo, LLC warrants that the Structure of each trailer operated by the original retail purchaser under normal use in the United States will be under warranty for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. “Structure” shall be defined as that portion of the trailer which includes the main frame, consisting of the bottom rails, cross members, side posts, exterior walls, roof walls and bows, sub frame, and the wiring, excluding the plywood, trim and tires.

EXCLUDED FROM THIS ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ARE: axles*, air conditioners*, electrical, plumbing, windows, doors, sealant, paint, undercoating, and fiberglass parts which are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. * These products carry their own warranty.

NORMAL USE, NO REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS: ONE YEAR WARRANTY covers only defects in original components which arise from normal use. DOES NOT APPLY if the trailer has been subjected to negligence, accident, abuse, misuse neglect, overload, or if the trailer has been damaged from repairs or alterations, and damage caused by improper hitch ball or tow hook up. Quality Cargo reserves the right for final determination whether product has been abused or misused.

NO REIMBURSTMENT WILL BE MADE TO ANY DEALER OR PURCHASER FOR REPAIRS MADE WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF QUALITY CARGO, LLC.

TRANSPORTATION of any trailer or defective part(s) to and/or from dealer to any approved repair facility and/or to Quality Cargo shall be sole responsibility of the purchaser. Quality Cargo LLC shall NOT be liable for any transportation or freight costs.

THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF QUALITY CARGO LLC under this ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY shall be to repair or replace parts at the FACILITY or a REASONABLE ALLOWANCE at another place if prior written authorization is obtained from Quality Cargo LLC. **Be advised once another facility other than Quality Cargo LLC repairs or replace parts under warranty, the unit shall lose the warranty for the part that is being replaced or repaired** All other obligations or liabilities, including incidental, special, or consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising out of the failure of any parts to operate properly, are hereby excluded , including, but not limited to, any damages resulting from loss of use, inconvenience, loss of time, commercial loss. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL QUAILITY CARGO LLC be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether such damages are sought in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence or strict liability). NO ONE, INCLUDING AN AUTHORIZED QUALITY CARGO DEALER, IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES ON BEHALF OF QUALITY CARGO OR TO MODIFY THIS ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. Most of the damages are caused by the lug nuts not being secured or tightened before using.

Quality Cargo LLC reserves the right to change the design of its product from time to time without notice or obligation to make corresponding changes to previously manufactured product. This ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY gives you specific rights. No action to enforce this ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY shall be commenced later than six (6) DAYS after the discovery of any defect or after the expiration date of the ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY DATE.

YOU MUST SEND A SIGNED COPY OF THIS WARRANTY TO: Quality Cargo LLC. To validate this ONE YEAR Limited Warranty; (must be mailed) NO FAXING OR EMAILING to 7977 Hwy 129 Nashville Ga 31639 no later than fifteen (15) days following the original retail purchaser’s purchase. FAILURE TO RETURN THE ORIGINAL Warranty Registration slip on the bottom of certificate of origin and a copy of this form, SHALL RENDER ALL EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NULL AND VOID.

WARNINGS!!!!

*** BE SURE THAT THE HITCH BALL ON ANY TOWING VEHICLE MATCHES THE DIMENSION OF THE TRAILER COUPLER.

*** BE SURE THAT YOU SECURE ALL SAFETY CHAINS AND BREAK-A-WAY SYSTEMS BEFORE EACH USE.

***BE SURE THAT ALL LUG NUTS ARE TIGHT BEFORE USING.

*** BE SURE TO CLOSE AND SECURE ALL DOORS AND GATES BEFORE TOWING.

RETURN BOTTOM PORTION ONLY by printing and signing this ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY, the PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES that he or she has read the above and agrees that, should any warranty claims be made by purchaser, purchaser will follow the procedures as set forth above.
